Enjoy the sounds of the Caribbean  performed by steel bands from the tri-state area including: Lincoln Park, Midland Elementary/Middle School, St. Monica Academy, Steubenville Central Catholic School, Urban Pathways Charter School, John Marshall High School, and Wheeling Park Middle School.  This year’s festival features guest artist Liam Teague, a native of Trinidad and Tobago. He currently serves as the Head of Steel Pan Studies and Associate Professor of Music at Northern Illinois University.
