At Pumpkinfest there are plenty of pumpkin-inspired treats to satisfy any palate. Especially heavily represented on the menu are home baked treats and goods such as cookies, pies, and other dessert items. For more pumpkin fun, be sure to register for the pumpkin pie eating contest. Through the weekend there is the pumpkin catapult. This festival favorite hurls giant gourds hundreds of feet! Pumpkinfest caters extensively to young kids. Activities for the little ones include face painting, scarecrow making workshop, petting zoo, and a magician. Live music plays through the weekend
Admission cost is moderate but free for children under 14. Parking is free.
