09/28/2019 to 09/29/2019The Cecil Fall Festival is an annual event sponsored by the Cecil Township Parks & Recreation Board. Both days full of music entertainment. Lots to do for kids; pony rides, petting zoo, horse drawn wagon rides. balloon artist, clowns, fire safety house and much more!
